Top Management approved the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development’s (MEMD) Client Charter and Service Delivery Standards and strategic plan. These important documents are now available on the MEMD website for reference.
The documents, outline MEMD’s commitment to client service and the standards the Ministry aims to uphold.
The PS has indicated that the MEMD Strategic Plan for the next five years was also approved by Top Management. This strategic plan will guide the Ministry’s direction and objectives over the coming years.
The Client Charter, Service Delivery Standards, and Strategic Plan will be integrated into staff performance tools, aligning with the National Development Plan (NDP IV) and Programme Implementation Action Plans (PIAPS). All staff are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these documents to help deliver excellent service and achieve the Ministry’s goals.
